All prices are FOB Hollister, California. Prices are subject to change without notice.

PRODUCTS

Products are described as accurately as possible but descriptions, part numbers, and availability may change without notice. Photographs used on this website are for identification purposes only. Actual product may differ. All trademarks and trade names used in product descriptions are the property of their respective owners.

WARRANTY

All of our products are warrantied from workmanship and material defect for one year from the date of purchase. Defective merchandise must be returned at the customer's expense. Consequential, incidental, and/or contingent damage is not covered under any circumstances. Tools that are used in a manner other than their intended purpose are not covered under warranty.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns unless the customer first obtains a Return Authorization from Sonny's Bike Tools. Returned tools and accessories must be in clean, unused condition and not damaged in anyway (unless the product is being returned for a warranty claim). Shipping charges are non-refundable.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY

Customer assumes all liability and risk arising from the ordering, purchase, and/or use of tools and accessories that are manufactured by Sonny's Bike Tools. Sonny's Bike Tools shall not be held liable for any damages to any person or property arising out of or in connection with the use or installation of any tools and accessories that we sell. The customer agrees to indemnify Sonny's Bike Tools from any and all claims (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with the use or our product(s). Sonny's Bike Tools is not responsible for any damages or claims arising out of a delay in the processing or shipment of any order. By purchasing products manufactured by Sonny's Bike Tools, the customer acknowledges his/her agreement to accept this Limitation of Liability and these Terms and Conditions.
